Box 19245-00!00, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kassandra Katrina Koi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kassandra Katrina Koi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kassandra Katrina Wangui Kariuki, for aJI purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kassandra Katrina Wangui Kariuki only.
