TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 1 OF 2020 By (1) Rosemary Wambui Kiragu and (2) Esther Muthoni Kiragu, both of P.O. Box 2310-60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Kiragu Waithaka, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 12th September, 2001. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2020 By (1) George Stephen Njiru and (2) John Mark Ndung'u Kamunyi, both of P.O. Box 46061-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Clementine Wanjiku Kamunyi, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kowa, on 26th July, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this. respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
