TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 596 OF 2019 By John Okwach Oloo, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Odima Oloo, who died at Nyalenda, on 5th January 1998. CAUSE NO. 116 OF 2020 By (1) Jack Odero Adhaya and (2) Solomon Adiyo Adhaya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Adhaya Obungu, who died at Kanyawegi Sub-location, on 15th June 2006. CAUSE No. 301 OF 2020 By George Owiti Okoth, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okoth Agie Ochiere, who died at Orongo, on 2nd August 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
