Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Runji Njeru, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya, on 19th September, 2017. CAUSE No. E31 (121) OF 2020 By Noelson Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abijah Njoki Kanambiu, who died at Kiangima Sub-location, on 3rd May;2020. CAUSE No. E53 OF 2020 By Cannelina Muntri Mbaka, of P.O. Box 197-60100, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbaka Manunga, late of Embu, who died at Riandu, Embu, on 18th October, 1973. CAUSE No. E62 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Muthuri Gituma and (2) Erick Mugiira Gituma, both of P.O. Box 1542-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Karegi Gitema, late of Embu, who died at Gituune, 19th June, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
