TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. EIS OF 2020 By (1) Esther Kabran Ongoyo and (2) Harun Obiri Ongoyo, both of P.O. Box 966-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hosam Ongoyo Ndona alias Ongoyo Ndono, who died at Nyabisawa Location, on 2nd July, 1975. CAUSE No. E43 OF 2020 By Samwel Agesa Anusu, of P.O. Box 42-40400, Suna, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Kola Miniambo alias Joshua Anusi, who died at Suna Otacho Location, on 7th October, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
