TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 189 OF 2020 By (1) Charles Ng'ang'a Kangara and (2) Peter Mwai Cuthi, both of P.O. Box 1, Kandara in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Cuthi Kangara alias Cuthi Kangara, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 7th May, 2009. CAUSE No. 226 OF 2020 By Agnes Nduku Jackson, of P.O. Box 59, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Mutunga Kini, who died at South B Hospital in Kenya, on 21st November, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
