TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 19 OF 2020 By Lucy Mwia Mulandi, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Makilya Mulandi, who died at Eldoret Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 12th May, 2019. CAUSE No. 20 OF 2020 By Steve Muli Katuta, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Mathu Katuta, who died at Kijabe Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
