REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nyaturima Holdings Limited, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0396 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nyeri, registered under title No. Nyeri/Municipality Block 111/283, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register or white card issued thereof is lost, and whereas efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land register or white card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
