TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 46 OF 2019 By Moses Mwanyanje Kisiwa, of P.O. Box 98371-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Uchi Maringa Jambo, who died at Ngamani, on 4th April, 2017. CAUSE No. 71 OF 2019 By (1) Evance Tume Kalume and (2) Alfonce Kaingu Kalume, both of P.O. Box 2149-80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaluma Koi Tete, who died at Majajani, Kilifi, on 29th May, 2016. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2020 By (1) Alfred Mwagena Gona and (2) Manyeso Gona Nguwa, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kasongo Nguwa Kivatsi, who died at Kilifi, on 12th November, 1998. CAUSE No. E82 OF 2020 By Kitsao Jefwa Kalama, the deceased's nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kalama Jefa, who died at Konjora, Kilifi, on 2nd July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette. CAUSE No. 148 OF 2020 By Wanjiku Munyiri Nduhiu, of P.O. Box 97-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduhiu Munyiri Kagunda, who died on 14th May, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
