TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. ES OF 2020 By Jane Wamaitha Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 70, Wang'uru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ngigi Wainaina, late of Riagicheru, who died on 13th April, 2015. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2020 By Samuel Kimarti, both of P.O. Box 564, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyaga Kimaru, late of Magambaciura, who died there on 21st October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
