TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 79 OF 2020 By Alfayo Shimbiro Jirongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Chirongo alias Paul Jirongo Shakhalaka, who died at Lumakanda Sub-location, on 14th May, 1973. CAUSE No. 110 OF 2020 By Donald Ubwiru Mangongo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Mang'ong'o hnbaya alias Henry Mangongo Imbaya, who died at Viyalo, on 11th January 1997. CAUSE No. 126 of 2020 By (1) William Mmbo and (2) Timothy Kang'ethe Odanga, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elam Odanga Aluda alias Elam Odanga, who died at Mweme Sub-location, on 4th March 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
