TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 374 "A" OF 2019 By (1) Lucas Otieno Akelo and (2) Isaac Otieno Akelo, the deceased's grandson, fOr a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Domtila Othuol Opiyo, who died at Kapiyo Sub-location, on 5th July, 1998. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2020 By Joseph Otieno Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 45-40300, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isack Odhiambo Kira alias Isack Odhiambo, who died on 14th October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
