Box 2464, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elkana Omwoyo Getenga alias Elkana Omuoyo Ketenga, who died at Hema Hospital in Kenya, on 11th October, 2017.
