CAUSE NO. 177 OF 2020 By Kleophas Masai Njiri, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiri Matsaku alias Matsaku Njiri alias Lisa Njiri alias Njiri Mathaku, who died at Shibembe, on 18th September, 1978. CAUSE NO.183 OF 2020 By Pius Otieno, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Otieno Aboko alias Otieno Amboko, who died on 26th July, 1995. CAUSE No. 268 OF 2020 By George Oduor Omiele, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omiele Omolo, who died at Bushieni in 2009. CAUSE No. 288 OF 2020 By John Andanje Omukuba, of P.O. Box 375, Yala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Weboko Liboyi alias Ayub Weboko, who died at Wambulishe,on 21st February, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
