TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 113 OF 2020 By (1) Fanuel Albert Waka and (2) Aggrey Albert Alambo Ayiro, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Albert Alambo Wayiro alias Albert Alambo, who died at Shiraha Sub-location in 1985. CAUSE No. 152 OF 2020 By Fredrick Okwomi Angwe, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Angwe Kululu, who died at Shirotsa, on 25th December, 1957. CAUSE No. 192 OF 2020 By Emmanuel Oduor Owino, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Agunda alias Peter Awino Agunda, who died at Eshienjera Village, on 12th December, 2012. CAUSE No. 235 OF 2020 By Bernard Nandwa Makale, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Makale Nandwa alias Namale Nandwa, who died at Ebuhala in 1997. CAUSE No. 243 OF 2020 By Jane Salome Murenga, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Murenga Welimo, who died on 4th August, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
