TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E54 OF 2020 By (1) Ndinda Nzioka, (2) Joyce Nthenya, (3) Jones Nzioki and (4) Anna Nzilani Nzioka, the deceased's widows and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioka Nyumu, late of Makuyuni, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 8th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
