NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following vehicles; MIV Registration No. MIV Make KAN 682J Toyota Starlet KBX 961Z Auman Tipper KAG 841C Nissan Caravan KAG 543B Mercedes Prime Mover KCD 994Y Mercedes Prime Mover to take delivery of the said vehicles from Voi Auto Performance Storage Yard, within thirty (30) days of publication of this notice upon the payment of storage, repair costs and any other incidental chargers plus the cost of publishing this notice, failure to which the said vehicles will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without reference to the owners in order to defray the storage and any other related charges in accordance with this act.
