TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 9 OF 2020 By (1) Teresia Kalunde Mutunga, (2) Muinde Mutunga Kiluu and (3) Wambua Mutunga Kiluu, all of P.O. Box 22, Tawa in Kenya, the deceased's widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutunga Kiluu Mwatu, late of Iiani, who died there on 5th February, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
