Box 22067-00400, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Peris Joan Wanjeri Irungu, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Peris Joan Wanjeri Irungu, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Penis Joan Wanjeri Irungu Chigbo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Penis Joan Wanjeri Irungu Chigbo only.
