TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. t 7 OF 2020 By (1) Gladys Seita Joseph Kepiro and (2) Duncan Nkooma Silipo, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Silipo ole Kepiro, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st December, 2019. CAUSE No. 22 OF 2020 By (1) Saina Tenik and (2) Hussein Linde, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lintet Sakaya. who died at Emali Sub-location, on 28th September, 2010. CAUSE No. 24 OF 2020 By (1) Francis Suakei Kusero, (2) Jonah Kusero, (3) Mary Sheila Kusero and (4) Naomi Naisenya Junghae, the deceased's sons and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philisila Wanjiku Kusero, who died at Nairobi Hospital, in Kenya, on 15th December, 2013. CAUSE No. 27 OF 2020 By Allan Wainaina alias Allan W. Gitura, of P.O. Box 25615- 00603, Nairobi in Kenya, the excecutor named in the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will of Daniel Saoyo Seno alias Daniel Saoyo, who died at Coptic Hospital in Kenya, on 8th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
