TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E5 OF 2020 By Tual Alexander Will, the executor named in the deceased's last will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Patrick Alexander Will, who died on 9th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
