TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 289 OF 2020 By (1) Joel Atieno Odundo and (2) Josia Adero Okwako, both of P.O. Box 3192-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benedict() Okwako Okumu, who died on llth August, 1995. CAUSE No. 288 OF 2020 By Risper Akinyi Owiti, of P.O. Box 307, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hesbon Aduodo, who died on 15th Angst. 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
