THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Zacharia Ngumi Muraya, of P.O. Box 916-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0465 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Dundori/Lanet Block 5/1515 (Kiamunyeki "A"), and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
