THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Michael Muraguri Mwaura (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 10.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Nyeri, known as Nyeri/Naromoru/127, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court of Kenya at Karatina in succession cause no. 172 of 2017, has ordered that the piece of land be transferred to Joyce Wambui Muraguri, and whereas the land title deed and certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and certificate of lease, and issue land title deed and certificate of lease to the said Joyce Wambui Muraguri, and upon such registration the land title deed 11th December, 2020 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4923 issued earlier to the said Michael Muraguri Mwaura (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
