TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 126 OF 2020 By Donald Muli Muthembwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Muli Nthembwa alias Paul Muli Nthemba, who died at Miwongoni, L/Kiandani, on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2020 By Patrick Mutinda Kituku, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Kituku Nthembwa, who died at Misakwani, on 14th January, 2012. CAUSE No. E039 OF 2020 By (1) Vitalis Muia Mutisya and (2) Ndunge Mbwika Kioko, both of P.O. Box 39-90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased's grandson and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitulya Kioko kisuna, who died at Muumandu, on 19th June, 2006. CAUSE No. E060 OF 2020 By Peter Mbalu Isika, of P.O. Box 3, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased's stepbrother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbi Isika, who died at Machakos Hospital in Kenya, on 29th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
