Box 1, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Isika Ngutia, who died at Mulango Location, on 14th January, 1996. CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2020 By Michael Kinyeki Makau, of P.O. Box 4031-00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nancy Nduku Kinyeki, who died at Kitui, on 12th March, 2017. CAUSE No. 153 OF 2020 By Michael Kinyeki Makau, of P.O. Box 4031-00506, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Makau Kinyeki, who died at Kitui, on 2nd June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
