NOTICE is given that a petition for insolvency/liquidation of the above-mentioned company, Buzeki Enterprises Limited, a limited liability company, of P.O. Box 85532-80100, Mombasa, by the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts was on the 28th October, 2020, presented to the said court by Bhachu Industries Limited, care of Macharia-Mwangi and Njeru Advocates, ACK Garden Annex, 6th Floor, 1st Ngong Avenue, P.O. Box 10627-00 I 00, Nairobi. That the said petition is directed to be heard before the High Court, Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts on the 10th December, 2020 at 9.00 O'clock or soon thereafter and any other creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his advocate for that purpose and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring such a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
