TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2020 By Keresitina Gesare, of P.O. Box 3543-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robina Bina Mokora, who died on 5th October, 1997. CAUSE No. 457 OF 2020 By Andrew Okindo, of P.O. Box 100, Nyamache in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Basibika Motari Okindo, who died on 24th July, 2010. CAUSE No. 458 OF 2020 By Dinah Monchari Maiko, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ratemo Maiko, who died on 9th July, 2016. CAUSE No. 459 OF 2020 By Alfred Nyambane Nyakagwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyakagwa Omni, who died on 20th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
