TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 93 OF 2020 By Kang'ombe Kiti Ngombo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration with will to the estate of Kiti Ngombo Kiti, who died at Kilifi, on 20th June, 2003. CAUSE No. E24 OF 2020 By Daniel S. G. Masha, of P.O. Box 721-80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kazungu Kalama Masha, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, on 3rd June, 2020. CAUSE No. E70 OF 2020 By (1) Kadzo Kitsao Yaa, and (2) Desmond Kitsao Kithi, the deceased's widow and son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Kitsao Yaa, who died at Ngerenya, on 26th July, 2017. CAUSE No. E71 OF 2020 By (1) Chizi Mure Muye, and (2) Nazi Allan Gambo, the deceased's widow and daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Allan Vincent Gambo, who died at Bongwe, on 30th June, 2012. CAUSE No. E76 OF 2020 By Mary Kadii Simeon, the deceased's heir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Mwamuye Mwanannje, who died at Majaoni, Mtondia, on 24th April, 2020 . The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
