TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 63 OF 2020 By ( I) Ayub Chirchir, (2) Medina Chirchir and (3) Rashid Chirchir, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkutor Chirchir alias Chirchir Kipkuto, who died at Nakuru War Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
