TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E45 OF 2020 By Muthini John Munyao, of P.O. Box 1033-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Munyao Kathukya, who died at Muisuni, on 10th February, 1989. CAUSE No. E81 OF 2020 By Florence Ndunge Makau, of P.O. Box 460, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Makau Masuki, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 12th August, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
