TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 137 OF 2020 By John Ubaga Malondo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Kihembele Malondo, who died at Wanondi Sub-location, on 24th November, 2014. CAUSE No. 213 OF 2020 By Alois Ndede Achar, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achar Ongulo alias Achara Ongulo, who died at Kayila Sub-location, on 22nd August, 1977. CAUSE No. 250 OF 2020 By Kennedy Logova Onzere, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esnas Ndeda Jandi alias Esnas Ndeda, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-loctaion, on 2nd August, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
