TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E44 OF 2020 By Halima Mwima Noor, of P.O. Box 279-00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adam Syngidura Marjan, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd August, 2020. CAUSE No. E64 OF 2020 CAUSE No. E66 OF 2020 By (1) Tauhida Omar Ahmed Fakir and (2) Ahmed Omar Fakih, both of P.O. Box 45623-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectivwly, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adam Omar Ahmed Fakih, who died at Nairobi, on 19th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
