THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Diriye Olow Mohamed, of P.O. Box 9, Mokowe in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot. No. 12852/17, Mokowe, Lamu, situate in Mokowe in Lamu District, registered as C.R. 21159, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file in respect of this title has been lost/misplaced and whereas the owners have executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof unless a written objection ois received within that period, I shall proceed with the registration of the said deed of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act,.
