THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kibicho Keruki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.638 hectare or thereabouts, known as Othaya/Kiandemi/1386, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas in the Senior Resident Magistrate's Court at Othaya in succession cause no. 112 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Esther Mumbi Kibicho and (2) Dancun Wachira Kibicho, both of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said (1) Esther Mumbi Kibicho and (2) Dancun Wachira Kibicho, both of P.O. Box 85, Othaya in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibicho Keruki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect, Dated the 24th December, 2020.
