GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11040

WHEREAS Kibuthu s/o Gakunyu alias Kabugi Gakunyu alias Kibuthi Gakunyu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.5 acres or thereabout, known as KonyulBaricho/131, situate in the district of Nyeri • and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Nyeri in succession cause no. 60 of 2018, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Mary Wandia Kabiru, of P.O. Box 1822, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect thereof is lost and can not be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Mary Wandia Kabiru, of P.O. Box 1822, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kibuthu Gakunyu alias Kabugi Gakunyu alias Kibuthi Gakunyu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
