IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 4 (1) of the
Rating Act (Cap. 267) of the laws of Kenya, the County Government of Laikipia adopts the "site value rate" as the form of rating, for purposes of preparing "The Draft Valuation Roll, 2021.
