TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E9 OF 2020 By (1) Oliver Oguma Bwore, (2) Martha Anne Asumo, (3) Grace Nancy Ogero and (4) Caesar Mboya Bwore Kungu, the deceased's son and daughters, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Joseph Bwore alias Henry Bwore, who died at Kandege, on 30th September, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
