TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E51 OF 2020 By (1) Wanjiru Nguhua Kiruthu and (2) Samwel Kahiga Nguha, both of P.O. Box 615, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nguha Kilusu Kathai alias Nguha Kiruthu, who died at Munanda, on 17th September, 2018. CAUSE No. E58 OF 2020 By Joseph Kamwana Mahindu, of P.O. Box 80, 01 Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wakiru Kamwana Mahindu, who died at Kiambu, on 24th March, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the satne unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
