TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 60 OF 2018 By (1) Juliana Achieng Ndule and (2) Gilbertus Otieno Ongoro, both of P.O. Box 710-40400, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karan Ongoro, who died at Rondo, Nyironge, on 16th February, 2012. CAUSE No. El2 OF 2020 By Reagan Odiwuor Olang, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Ogwari Olang, who died at Raga Sub-location, on 6th April, 2016. CAUSE No. E41 OF 2020 By Evance Omondi Taita, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Tita Okiya alias Joseph Ttaita Okiya, who died at Kirengo, on 24th May, 2012. CAUSE No. E50 OF 2020 By (1) Prisca Atieno Omwaga and (2) Susana Ogalo Omwaga, both of P.O. Box 2, Suna Migori in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Omwaga Mbagare, who died at Godkwer, on 26th December, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
