Cheruiyot Kirui & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tamarta Kaptingei, who died at Chereber, Olainguse, on 1st May, 1994. Box 6354-00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sister and aunt, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ngugi Nganga, late of Kimumu, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 20th January, 2011.
