Box 246-30700, lien in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cheruiyot Chebii Kibyego alias Cheruiyot Chebii Kipyego, who died at Kaptagat Location, on 6th September, 2010. CAUSE No.147 OF 2019 By (I) kmesunde Ruto and (2) Everlyne krono Ruto, both of P.O. Box 8784-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkoech Rutto alias Kipkoech Ruto, who died at St. Luke's Hospital in Kenya, on 25th August, 2015. CAUSE No.44 OF 2020 By (1) Flora Jepkorir Barbengi and (2) Christine Jemaiyo Barbengi, both of P.O. Box 922-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. A. K. Chepkong's & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Kimoi Barbengi, late of llula, who died on 7th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
