TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 558 OF 2019 By (1) Dorca Kemunto Kimori and (2) Joseph Amwoma Orwaru, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orwaru Omayo, who died on 20th November, 1979. CAUSE No. 565 OF 2019 By (1) Bathseba Kwamboka Omari and (2) Justus Ogega Mogire, both of P.O. Box 1074-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omari Mogire, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th November, 2011. CAUSE No. 606 OF 2019 By Concephita Moraa Manyura, of P.O. Box 590, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dominic Nyabando Nyansabera alias Nyabando Nyansabera, who died on 19th May, 2005. CAUSE No. 192 OF 2020 By (1) Richard Obiri Kengere and (2) John Begi Obiri, both of P.O. Box 858, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obiri Begi, who died at Bomokora Sub-location, on 23rd November, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
