TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 211 OF 2020 By Lucy Wanjiru Njuguna, of P.O. Box 1328, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Njuguna Njoroge, who died at Githunguri, on 12th May, 2013. CAUSE No. 216 OF 2020 By (1) Joseph Mwangi Ngugi and (2) joseph Mwangi Muiruri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Muiruri Kamau, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 26th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
