TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 104 OF 2020 By Symon Mwangi Karugah, of P.O. Box 103-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sospeter Mwangi Karuga alias Sospeter Mwangi F. Karuga alias Sospeter Mwangi Francis Karuga, who died at Dandora, on 26th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 105 OF 2020 By Joseph Mwangi Maina, of P.O. Box 128, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maina Mucheru alias Maim Muceru, who died at Mariira Sub-location, on 7th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
