TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 54 OF 2020 By (1) Elizabeth Mueni Musyoka and (2) Evelyne Syombua Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 441-90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titus Musyoka Kiilu, who died at Kibwezi, on 21st September, 2009. By John Muramba Omusula, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maramba Oponyo, who died at Eshihaka Sub-location, on 13th August, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
