TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 226 OF 2020 By ( I) Joan A. Amunga and (2) Leah Anyanje Makunda, both of P.O. Box 78, Butere in Kenya, the deceaseed's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Washington Wetendi Omusula, who died at Muyundi, on 7th October, 2009. CAUSE No. 214 OF 2020 By Alfred Mukolwe Akaliche, of P.O. Box 22, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Akaliche Jairo alias Akaliche Alubiri, who died on 23rd May, 2004. CAUSE No. 230 OF 2020 By James Onyango Ogola, of P.O. Box 160, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondo Ogola Odongo, who died at Bungasi, on 17th November, 1979. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
