TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 76 OF 2020 By Emmanuel Ambane Kevogo, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naom Kitalagwa Ambane alias Naomi Ambane, who died at Ivonda, on 18th December, 1998. CAUSE No. 127 OF 2020 By Agnes Sungudi Mudanya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boazi Magunamu Mugunda Maraho alias Boaz Mugunamu Omugunda alias Boazi Magunamu Mugunda, who died at Solongo Sub-location, on .26th May, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
