TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 100 OF 2019 By Epainito Onacha Swai, of P.O. Box 260, Vihiga in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Sawi Odee alias Boaz Swai, who died at Ideleri Sub- location, on 17th December, 1994. CAUSE No. E4 OF 2020 By (1) John Wafula Masinde and (2) Samuel Masinde, both of P.O. Box 237-50205, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Masinde Maruti, who died at Matulo Sub-location, on 13th November, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
