TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 72 OF 2020 By Manasse Muthui Ithenya, of P.O. Box 263, Molo in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Waithira, who died at Consolata Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. 83 OF 2020 By Beatrice Wambui Maim, of P.O. Box 2809, Molo in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petro Njoroge Kamani alias Peter Njorege Kamami, who died at Tulwet Sub-location. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
